You will work closely with colleagues from commercial, delivery, product, engineering, operations, finance and more.The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our GTM Tech team within our Wise Platform Squad. You will set the standard when it comes to building out robust scalable processes within Salesforce and related tooling. This role will allow you to have a high business impact from day one. You'll work closely with cross functional teams across the business to deliver technology solutions and processes to transform how we run the business.What you'll be doingDefine, configure and customise the Salesforce platform and other tools to support business processes across all our teamsDeliver high impact projects such as building out end to end sales journeys for both high velocity deal cycles and longer term strategic partnership dealsWork closely with our Enablement and RevOps teams to scope priorities and deliver custom business solutionsDefine our backlog of initiatives and identify opportunities to scale our process and operations to better enable our teamsWhat you'll bringAn experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator with expertise in Sales Cloud and related GTM TechnologiesSkilled in building complex lead journeys with marketing nurture cyclesA strategic thinker and practical problem solver, capable of understanding desired business outcomes and determining the best actions to achieve themStrong communication skills, with the ability to build excellent working relationships with our teams based in EMEA, APAC, and NAMProficient in change management and governance, successfully launching new functionality and toolsAble to work autonomously with minimal directionExperienced in working with global stakeholders and within dynamic environments (startup experience desirable)Exceptional Salesforce domain skills, including working with standard/custom objects, fields, formulas, page layouts, record types, reports, dashboards, etcAn expert with Salesforce Flow builderExperience with utilising AI to support GTM tools like Salesforce / AgentforceNice to have but not essentialExperience with CLM Tools DocuSign/JiraExperience with DataCloudBENEFITS:๐ฐ Base salary of ยฃ66,000 - ยฃ82,000 + RSU's๐ RSU's in a growing and publicly listed company๐ Work from (almost) anywhere in the world for up to 90 days a year๐ Flexible working - you're trusted to do the right thing and be responsible๐ฅ Private Medical Insurance + Life Insurance๐๏ธ Discounted gym memberships and cycle to work scheme๐๏ธ A paid 6-week sabbatical leave after four years๐ถ 26 weeks maternity leave at full pay๐ช An annual self-development budget๐ Annual Mission Days festival๐ถ Pet friendly officeAdditional InformationFor everyone, everywhere.
