Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Grantham
Salary: C£90 – £110 per day
Contract Type: Full-time/Part-timeGSL Education is currently seeking a passionate and reliable Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Grantham.We are on the hunt for a committed Teaching Assistant who can provide valuable classroom support, work closely with students, and help them to achieve their full potential.Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and activities
  • Support students in small groups or on a one-to-one basis
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
  • Provide tailored support to students with additional learning needs
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teaching staff
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with young people is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced school setting
  • Strong understanding of the secondary school environment
