As a Graduate TA, you’ll support pupils and teachers in the classroom, helping to create a positive learning environment while developing your own professional skills.Responsibilities:
- Support teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils
- Help prepare classroom resources and learning materials
- Assist students with their learning and development
- Support children with additional needs when required
- Join in with school activities, meetings, and events
- A degree in any subject (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Passionate about working with children and education
- Must live in the UK and have the right to work
- Reliable, positive, and eager to learn
- School experience is helpful but not essential
