Are you passionate about making a difference in children’s lives?A welcoming and supportive primary school in Chigwell is looking for enthusiastic and caring SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team from September 2025.This role will involve supporting children with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), either on a 1:1 basis or within small groups, helping them to access the curriculum, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide tailored support to children with SEN (e.g. Autism, ADHD, Speech & Language, SEMH).Adapt learning activities and resources to meet individual needs.Promote positive behaviour and help children develop social and emotional skills.Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised learning strategies.Support children both in and out of the classroom, encouraging independence and self-esteem.What We’re Looking For✅ Previous experience working with children with SEN (school, childcare, or care settings).

✅ Ability to adapt and respond to different children’s needs.
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
