The Role:
  • Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
  • Working with pupils in small groups or 1:1 to boost confidence and attainment
  • Assisting with planning, classroom organisation, and pupil progress monitoring
  • Building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Taking on a long-term, permanent role within a Redbridge primary school
  • Contributing to an inclusive, positive learning environment
