You will manage all aspects of the implementation process, from initial engagement through to system launch. This will involve developing a strong understanding of the AuditBoard platform and utilising this knowledge to guide clients through the design, configuration, and testing phases. You will be responsible for project management throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and coordination between clients and internal teams to achieve timely and effective project delivery.Responsibilities:
  • Guide and manage the implementation of AuditBoard software for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful system adoption.
  • Lead project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery and foster the professional development of team members.
  • Utilise established project management methodologies and best practices, incorporating innovative approaches to optimise implementation processes.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify and explore opportunities to expand the use of AuditBoard solutions within the client's organisation, maximising the value delivered.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across various teams to leverage expertise and deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and configure the AuditBoard platform to meet their unique business needs.
  • Leverage your understanding of software implementation best practices to guide clients through the configuration and customisation of the AuditBoard system.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that values diverse perspectives and recognises individual contributions to collective success.
Connect to your skills and professional experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science (or equivalent), or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in a professional services firm, demonstrating proven success in a Project Management, Internal Audit, or External Audit capacity (or equivalent).
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with AuditBoard Ops Audit and SoXHub modules.
  • Strong understanding of platform administration, ideally gained through an active admin, module admin, or champion role within an organization utilising Ops Audit and/or SoXHub.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for thriving in a virtual implementation environment.
  • Proven ability to build strong, positive relationships quickly with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong virtual meeting facilitation skills, including the ability to present effectively, drive agendas, and engage both clients and internal teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage workload independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Desirable
  • Experience as an AuditBoard Implementation Project Lead, successfully guiding clients through the full implementation lifecycle.
  • Experience with AuditBoard RiskOversight and CrossComply modules.
  • Familiarity with cloning ABI Intelligence (ABI) dashboards.
  • Experience setting up integrations between AuditBoard and other applications.
  • Practical experience in Audit, SOX, and accounting.
