Job DescriptionCommercial Contracts Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Newcastle upon Tyne, up to c£75,000 (DOE) - Expanding, Legal 500 firm is looking for an experienced Solicitor to take on a varied caseload of commercial contracts matters. JOB REF: MD0927THE ROLE:
  • Advise on a broad range of commercial law, working with clients across a wide spectrum of industry sectors.
  • You will be responsible for a varied commercial contracts caseload to include software agreements, supply contracts, procurement, distribution agreements and ecommerce.
  • You will take ownership of client relationships, offering first-class legal and strategic advice.
  • Actively contribute to business development efforts across the Commercial Team and the wider firm.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Applications are sought from Commercial Contracts Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years' PQE
  • Excellent commercial awareness and the ability to think strategically.
  • A strong client service ethic, with a track record of independent client handling.
  • The ambition to grow with the firm and play an active part in its long-term success.
  • The ability to manage complex caseloads and projects efficiently.
  • A proactive approach to business development and networking.
