  • The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will manage a varied caseload, covering acquisitions and disposals, leasehold matters, and property development projects.
  • Responsibilities include handling landlord and tenant issues, property finance matters, and commercial licences. The firm expects you to offer exceptional client service and the ability to develop strong client relationships.
  • Applications are open to qualified solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial property matters and experience handling landlord & tenant and property finance matters.
  • The appointed solicitor will demonstrate commercial acumen and a focus on providing a high standard of client service.
  • You will have outstanding communication and client management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients across diverse business sectors.
  • The firm is interested in senior solicitors with a network of contacts, who would be well-placed to discuss a defined pathway to partnership, if not an immediate opportunity.
