What are we looking for?To thrive in this role, you'll need:
  • A BSc (HONS) in Ophthalmic Dispensing
  • A solid understanding of both optics and audiology customer journeys
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • A passion for top-notch customer service
  • A collaborative, team-focused attitude
