Care Professional - Waking Nights

- This role is primarily focused on assisting those in need of overnight care in a peaceful and safe environment
- Offer reassurance, help with personal care needs, and ensure that our clients are comfortable throughout the night
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or wellbeing
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any incidents or concerns
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and seek assistance when necessary
- £14.25 per hour. (10pm-8am)
- Double time pay on bank holidays.

- Previous experience in a care assistant role is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness to assist clients with mobility and personal care tasks
- Reliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethic
- Basic first aid knowledge (training can be provided)
- Valid driving licence and access to own vehicle (preferred)
- Flexibility to work evening shifts and occasional weekends
- Willingness to undergo a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and dignity at all times
- Ability to follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures
