Job Description:Clinical/Counselling Psychologist - Young Person (YP)Fully remote - UK onlyPermanent. We’re proud to offer a role where you can make a real difference, backed by a supportive, expert-led environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality, safe, and effective therapy to young people via video or phoneCarry out comprehensive assessments and create tailored care plansWork collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals to support each child’s wellbeingManage your own caseload and work within sessional limits based on insurance coverageIdentify and manage risk, safeguarding concerns, and onward referrals when neededProvide one-off assessments, wellbeing coaching, and psychoeducation sessionsContribute to service development and continuous improvementAttend regular supervision and team meetings to support your practiceWhat We’re Looking ForEssential:Doctorate in Clinical or Counselling Psychology (BPS accredited)HCPC registration as a Chartered PsychologistAt least 1 year of post-qualification experience with children/adolescentsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage a remote caseloadProficiency in Microsoft systems and electronic medical recordsDesirable:Additional training or accreditation in a specialist areaExperience in corporate or private healthcare settingsLeadership or service development experienceWe’re looking for someone who’s empathetic, organised, and passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives.
