We're seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join a leading team in Leeds on a 12-month fixed-term contract starting as soon as possible.The Commercial Lawyer will work closely with a highly experienced Director and collaborate with colleagues across the UK and globally. The role involves:
  • Advising on commercial contracts across sectors such as tech, telecoms, media, retail, financial services, and life sciences.
  • Supporting corporate teams on M&A transactions.
  • Providing guidance on IP protection, data privacy, consumer law, and technology contracts.
  • Leading matters and mentoring junior team members.
Work on high-profile commercial, IP, and tech matters across diverse sectors.Be part of a respected and ranked team with national and international reach.The Commercial Lawyer will be:
  • Minimum 6 years' PQE in commercial law.
  • Strong experience in commercial contracts and corporate support for M&A.
  • Working knowledge of IP, data privacy, consumer law, and technology contracts.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and jurisdictions.
