This role offers exceptional exposure to complex, high-value technology transactions for leading private and public sector clients, with a focus on digital transformation and outsourcing projects.
What You'll Do
- Advise on commercial and technology matters across various sectors
- Work on tech transformations, cloud/SaaS arrangements, and IT outsourcing deals
- Manage your own workload with strong project management support
- Build client relationships and take on increasing responsibility
- Contribute to some of the market's largest digital transformation projects
- 1+ years PQE in commercial/technology law (private practice or in-house)
- Experience in IT/Technology and Outsourcing
- Sector knowledge in retail, financial services, manufacturing, tech, or health preferred
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Commercial mindset with solutions-driven approach
- Demonstrable client management abilities
- Work with a high-performing team led by 6 Partners
