Location: Sittingbourne, Kent
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to FridaySalary: Circa £38,000-42,000 DOEBenefits:

  • Lead internal audits and ensure ISO 9001 compliance
  • Manage one direct report and provide quality leadership across the site
  • Conduct supplier audits and drive quality improvements
  • Collaborate with engineering and production on SOPs and NPI projects
  • Oversee customer quality requirements and inspections
  • Investigate issues using RCA and implement CAPAs
The Person:
  • Experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong background in ISO standards, auditing, and quality improvement
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring others
  • Skilled in supplier and customer quality processes
  • Knowledge of 8D, RCA, FMEA and interpreting technical drawings
  • Six Sigma or Lean certification desirable
