- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring the timely availability of products.
- Analysing market trends and supplier performance to make informed decisions.
- Providing training and mentorship to team members, creating a culture of continuous improvement.
- Line manage up to 10 employees.
- Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. - Must have previous management experience.
- Excellent negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and make strategic commercial decisions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
