- Leveraging your excellent communication skills to act as a point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Assisting Project Managers to ensure the delivery of all project activities including initial scoping, requirements gathering and solution testing
- Attending off-site meetings and assisting in their planning, coordination and follow up activities
- Assisting with the production, maintenance and management of relevant project documentation
- Maintaining risk and issue registers associated with individual projects, ensuring all associated actions are progressed and managed appropriately
- Providing support to the Project Managers and other team members
- A genuine interest to work in a customer facing role, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex project activities
- An aptitude for learning and delivering technical concepts and solutions
- A willingness to learn new skills and to adapt to new working practices through a structured yet informal training programme that provides opportunities for progression within the team
- Competency with MS Office, with some experience of delivering presentations, maintaining spreadsheets and producing formal documentation
- The ability to manage and prioritise a broad range of activities with conflicting deadlines
- An aptitude for both efficient and accurate working
- Previous experience in project related work would be beneficial although is not essential for this role
