We are pleased to announce that an opportunity for an experienced RMN Band 6 and above, to lead our Multi-Disciplinary Team on our adult acute inpatient ward.We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and highly motivated nurse who is; committed, caring, compassionate, have good leadership and problem solving skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to work as part of the multi-disciplinary team and a positive attitude to service developments and quality improvement.Rosa Parks Ward is an 18-bedded male acute ward, currently based at Lambeth Hospital but will soon move to New Douglas Bennet House in Maudsley Hospital.The multi-disciplinary team is dynamic and diverse, including RMNs, CSWs, an OT, doctors and a consultant who work closely to support patients on their recovery journey.
