- Sell tailored sponsorship packages to a range of influential global clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers worldwide
- Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, and market research
- Working closely with in-house teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Represent the organisation at industry events and client meetings internationally
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ B2B event sponsorship and/or digital advertising sales experience (transport or technology preferred but not essential)
- Strong consultative sales skills with a proven record of meeting revenue goals
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or within a team
- Willingness to travel internationally
