We want the candidate to mentor our Care Professioanls and develop them to ensure excellent quality care.Job DescriptionWe are particularly interested in speaking to individuals who are ready for progression into a Supervisory role (whether that be by previous experience in care or formal learning) and would be excited by the opportunity to move through the ranks in Health & Social Care.Some weekend working to include on-call duties on a rota basis - typically 1 in 5 weekends.Care Professional and Client support/supervisory role - with an emphasis on learning and development of Care Professionals.Competitive salary and attractive benefits package including -
