  • Morning: 07:00-14:00
  • Late: 13:45-21:00
  • Split: 07:30-10:00 & 15:00-21:00

What You'll Do.As a Support Worker, you'll deliver care with compassion and creativity, helping children and young people flourish. Your role includes:
  • Safeguarding: Keeping everyone safe and supported
  • Health & wellbeing: Supporting eating, drinking, medication, and managing epilepsy
  • Mobility: Assisting with powered mobility and equipment
  • Intimate care: Maintaining dignity while meeting hygiene needs
  • Activities & outings: Encouraging engagement in trips, adventures, and daily activities
With our comprehensive training, you'll develop your skills while creating memorable, joyful experiences every day.Who We're Looking For.This role is perfect for someone who:
  • Has a basic understanding of physical disabilities
  • Shows empathy, patience, and positivity
  • Enjoys working with young people in activities and learning experiences
  • Can work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
