- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Supervise the accounting team to maintain efficient operations.
- Review and improve financial systems and processes where necessary.
- Support decision-making with detailed financial analysis and insights.
- Liaise with external auditors and stakeholders as required.
- Maintain a clear and organised record of all financial activities.
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Proven experience in a financial management role for a Charity.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards for SORP.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to lead and develop a finance team.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
- A background in the Not For Profit sector is essential.
- Competitive hourly rate of approximately £365 to £445.
