
ServiceNow Lead Solution Architect

- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translating them into solution designs.
- Providing technical guidance to the development team to ensure the quality and integrity of the final solution.
- Evaluating and recommending new technologies, platforms, and frameworks to improve solution design and delivery.
- Managing and mentoring a team of BAs, admins, solution architects and developers.
- Ensuring platform alignment with the business strategy.
- Creating and maintaining a detailed view of the existing architecture.
- Participating in process workshops.
- Working closely with enterprise architecture team and assisting in migrating configuration across instances.
- Deep Knowledge of ServiceNow Solutions: Expertise in various ServiceNow modules and functionalities
- ITIL Processes: Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes and best practices
- Enterprise Environment Experience: Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with multiple integration points
- System Architecture and Design: Proficiency in designing and deploying scalable and robust architectures
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with cloud services, enterprise software, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies like AI and IoT
- ITIL Certification
- Proven track record of designing and delivering complex IT solutions that meet business needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Informed about the technology market and trends.
- Ability to gain SC clearance
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) OR
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Project Management qualifications such as Prince2, PMP etc.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
