  • Teach Level 4 and 5 modules in business fundamentals, preparing students for undergraduate study.
  • Create inclusive, engaging learning experiences using real-world case studies and scenarios.
  • Support students' academic, personal, and professional growth through tailored feedback and guidance.
  • Collaborate on curriculum development and continuous programme improvement.
  • Champion employability by integrating current industry practices and tools into the learning experience.
RequirementsWhat You Bring
  • A relevant degree and postgraduate qualification or equivalent industry expertise.
  • Ideally a minimum 2 years' teaching experience in UK higher education.
  • Strong knowledge of business principles including marketing, management, and entrepreneurship.
  • A commitment to accessible and inclusive teaching.
  • (Desirable: Fellowship of the HEA, PGCert or teaching qualification, industry connections)
