- Handling incoming telephone calls.
- Managing the reception calendars and conference room bookings.
- Managing the reception area, dealing with general enquiries.
- Assisting with office administration tasks such as photocopying, scanning, data entry, etc.
- Experience in a receptionist role and be able to deliver exceptional service.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organisational and IT skills and attention to detail.
- Strong time management and administrative skills.
