The mission of the Corporate Communications Specialist is to enhance and protect the Allianz Partners brand through effective internal and external communication strategies. You will create engaging content, foster relationships with media and stakeholders, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels. By supporting employee engagement initiatives and upholding brand integrity, you will contribute to Allianz Partners' reputation as a trusted industry leader.What you do
  • Define and execute internal and external communications plans at local level in alignment with the group and local communications strategy , planning and resources
  • Work on the relationship with media and key stakeholders, drafting press releases, media statements, articles, and executive messaging to position the company as an industry leader.
  • Adapt and cascade local communications to the group vision, strategy and figures. Create and organize internal communications campaigns and events to increase employees´ engagement and brand reputation (Eg. Physical and hybrid Townhalls, GOB).
  • Harmonize group messaging in all internal and external communication channels (intranet, websites, brochures, press dossier, boiler plate, ppt presentation, social media)
  • Ensure proper and compliant use locally of basic brand principles (correct use of logo, compliant email signatures, stationery, ppt templates, building signage) and in addition, ensure adoption and adherence to global rebrand and/or brand refresh programs
  • Monitor reputation locally and ensuring local knowledge about group press and reputation/crisis policy
  • Share key local events and communications activities on a regular basis, share best practices with the communications community
  • Play an active role in the global comms community (topic ideation, content creation, information sharing, knowledge sharing, global topic owner)
  • Support MD & HR communications and build on a strong spokesperson´ positioning

  • Native English and excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Content creation and delivery across multiple channels (internal and external)
  • Strong autonomy and time management
  • Proactive mindset
  • Digital and design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, O365 suite - Sharepoint, Teams, Viva Engage, OneDrive, ppt, xls)
  • Excellent relational skills, collaborative attitude and team spirit, ability to engage/motivate various stakeholders in new ideas or projects
