We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Booking and Reception Team.In this varied and vital role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, providing essential clerical and administrative support.   • Previous experience using a computer, phone, email and administration systems
  • Demonstrable customer service experience
  • Working with the public

  • Knowledge and understanding of databases - EPR, EMR, Clinic Letters, Bighand
  • Understanding of Medical terminology
  • Understanding of NHS 18 weeks standards
