
Marketing Coordinator - Property

- Support with all website management for the properties, optimising listings across all property advertising sites, including Rightmove, Zoopla, SpareRoom, RentCafe etc. ensuing high quality photography, copy and maintaining brand and tone of voice
- Coordinate with the Lettings Team re accurate pricing and availability updates
- Manage the website content through WordPress, including editing building pages, uploading imagery and updating marketing copy
- Coordinate with external agencies for larger-scale changes such as layout edits, technical fixes, or new page creation
- Assist with SEO hygiene on WordPress pages (meta titles, keywords, headings)
- Lead on execution of paid and organic marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, and internal campaigns)
- Monitor UTM tracking, lead flow and cost metrics, making data-led suggestions for improvement
- Support campaign ideation for priority buildings and low-occupancy regions
- Lead on weekly and monthly marketing reports and track campaign ROI
- Create content for emails, ads, listings and campaign banners
- Lead on delivery of workflows and automation through HubSpot
- Build, test and schedule email campaigns and sequences in HubSpot
- Test and improve tenant journeys across enquiry, viewings and onboarding
- Manage small internal campaigns, projects and seasonal drives.
- Digital Marketing experience within the property sector is essential
- You will be confident working in all or part; HubSpot, WordPress, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
- Confident writing copy, briefing designers and working with multiple platforms
- Strong Excel/Sheets skills for reporting and campaign tracking
