- Jump in to help launch and optimize campaigns across emails, events, webinars, landing pages, and automation workflows.
- Keep our marketing data clean, organized, and reliable so the whole team can move faster.
- Troubleshoot and smooth out hiccups in lead flow, campaigns, and integrations-keeping everything running seamlessly.
- Track performance with reports and metrics, then turn insights into ideas for what we can improve next.
- Level up our processes by documenting workflows, streamlining the lead journey, and experimenting with new tools (including AI-powered innovations).
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Hands-on familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, Eloqua).
- Comfortable with data-able to analyze campaign performance using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- A curious, proactive problem-solver with a passion for process optimization, new technology (especially AI), and collaborative teamwork.
