Their work spans across the E&I department, bringing together and coordinating the department to align teams around shared goals, while ensuring the right processes, tools, and information are in place to foster effective collaboration and maximise our collective impact.As a Programme Administrator, you will play an integral role in our mission by ensuring the seamless coordination and delivery of activities across the HSE team and wider department. You will provide essential administrative and logistical support, helping to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. This includes organising meetings and events; managing documentation, process tracking, and file-sharing systems; supporting internal communications, coordinating grant application processes, and ensuring compliance. This includes, but is not limited to:Organising meetings, events, workshops, and departmental travel.Drafting and sharing meeting minutes and follow-up actions.Maintaining the departmental SharePoint site, process documentation, and file sharing arrangements.Managing the department’s central inboxes and email distribution lists.Supporting with internal processes (such as managing grant applications via Flexigrant- full training will be provided).Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver and support HSE initiatives.Supporting the development of standard operating procedures for departmental processes.Co-ordinating departmental internal communications activities (including monthly departmental meeting agendas, Away Days, and promoting our work across the organisation).Supporting in delivering website updates as directed.Supporting with administrative finance tasks (such as raising requisitions and contributing to tracking departmental and team spend).Supporting the tender and peer review process for research funding applications.
