- Knowledgeable in adhesives or related sectors (inks, coatings, packaging)
- Proven track record in sales, ideally with formal training
- Skilled in solution-based selling, preferably with a technical background
- Experienced in hiring, managing, and developing teams
- Strong geographical awareness for effective travel planning
