If you're passionate about leading sales teams and making a meaningful difference, this could be your next big opportunity.The RoleAs Head of Sales, you’ll be the catalyst for your team’s success. You’ll lead energising daily huddles, coach through role-play scenarios, and ensure KPIs are consistently met. Your leadership will shape a culture of excellence, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing development. Expect to spend three days managing the internal sales team and two days supporting field sales operations.Key Duties
  • Facilitate daily team huddles and celebrate achievements
  • Deliver hands-on training and coaching sessions
  • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and performance reviews
  • Drive personal sales activity to set the standard
  • Ensure effective use of CRM and pre-visit planning tools
  • Oversee qualification pipelines and establish SMART objectives
RequirementsAbout You
  • A confident communicator who leads by example
  • Exceptionally organised with a strategic mindset
  • Motivated by results and accountability
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledgeable in adhesives or related sectors (inks, coatings, packaging)
Preferred Experience
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally with formal training
  • Skilled in solution-based selling, preferably with a technical background
  • Experienced in hiring, managing, and developing teams
  • Strong geographical awareness for effective travel planning
