Description:Have you worked with Electronic Patient Record systems? Do you have an indepth knowledge of the EMIS system? Are you motivated by the challenge of integrating current EPRs to improve the patient experience? If so, this is the job for you. As our Business Product Lead, you'll be at the heart of this change-working closely with Technology and Transformation Project Team to integrate our EMIS instances into one. You'll ensure our software solutions align with strategic goals, support performance reporting, and champion continuous improvement. What we're looking for:
  • Strong theoretical understanding of business processes supported by IT solutions
  • Hands-on experience with EMIS, including system support and implementation
  • Proven ability to continuously improve IT systems to meet evolving business needs
  • Confident in influencing stakeholders at senior and middle management levels
  • Comfortable making informed decisions within your area of responsibility
