We're seeking someone to join our team as a Product Owner in Client Onboarding & Regulatory Services to ensure the consistent and effective deployment of transformational initiatives through agile project management and UAT oversight activitiesIn the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls and develop client relationships. This is a Team Specialist position at Director level within the Change Analytics & Strategy team.Since 1935, Morgan Stanley is known as a global leader in financial services, always evolving and innovating to better serve our clients and our communities in more than 40 countries around the world.What you'll do in the role:Guide a squad to deliver system and functional changes in timely and efficient manner, and in-line with the team strategy.Develop and maintain plans that include the end state vision, strategic and tactical initiatives, and product backlogs.Lead initiatives across platforms as a Program Manager, leveraging expertise in reference data and data governance to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.Manage sprints from idea creation through deployment including identifying client need, designing and validating concepts, developing epics and user stories, and managing to a budget.Develop comprehensive user stories documentation and lead overall execution with Technology and Testing partners.Participate in requirements elaboration and design sessions with Operations and technology partners. And socialize requirements with stakeholders across the organization and escalate issues as needed.Ensure the complete and accurate documentation of processes & procedures related to the changes delivered by the squad.Build relationships and gain consensus with key partners and clients.Develop and deliver effective presentations to senior management, product teams, and project teamsDevelop metrics to measure KPIs, usage patterns, and other relevant analytics What you'll bring to the role:Experience of managing projects, or exposure to the end-to-end project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the project lifecycleKnowledge and experience of working within a structured project management frameworkExperience in Agile Scrum Development preferred.
