- Proven experience as a Branch Manager in estate agency
- Strong track record in residential sales and listing

- Confident business developer and deal closer
- Positive, proactive, and target-driven attitude
- Knowledge of the Sittingbourne market (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
