Established in 1980 we have four decades of wide-ranging experience working with clients throughout the UK.The RoleA fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Employers Agent with significant Contract Administration experience to join our team on a work from home basis, focussing predominantly on our projects covering Birmingham and surrounding areas with operational and administrative support from our Head Office. The work mix is likely to include high-rise recladding/refurbishment, new build developments and elemental maintenance and improvement works.You will enjoy a varied workload undertaking preconstruction activities, such as preparation of tender documents/specifications/pricing schedules and construction stage activities such as site inspections to check on progress, liaising with and supervising contractors and client project officers, assisting with payment valuations, organising and managing site level meetings, quality control of contractor workmanship, health & safety compliance (CDM regulations), project administration and management activities on behalf of our clients, handover inspections and preparing site reports.
