Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!We’re looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Assistant to join our friendly and experienced Accounts team at our multi-brand dealership in Newcastle supporting our Skoda and Kia franchises. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established team within a reputable motor trade group.ResponsibilitiesHandling daily banking and processing incoming payments across all departmentsLogging and processing supplier invoices via the purchase ledgerPreparing and submitting BACS transfer requestsProcessing manufacturer warranty paymentsEssential Skills / Experience:A keen eye for accuracy and a passion for getting the details rightExcellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectivelyConfidence in working independently while also being a team playerGreat communication skills, both written and verbalA high level of discretion when handling sensitive financial informationFlexibility to support the wider team during busy periods or holiday coverWhy Join Us?At Newcastle Skoda Kia, we believe in supporting our people and providing a positive, inclusive workplace.
