- Agency/client and internal Sales teams support, being first point of contact ·
- Manages opportunities on pipeline, updating it regularly with pitched, won and lost proposals
- Holds and builds on a wealth of information around local publishers' commercial offering in global markets, innovation and product updates, campaign case studies etc.
- Proactively look for ways to enable sales teams to add value for the agency and client.
- Collaborate with sales team to interrogate the advertiser's brief and ensure all information is available to answer the RFP.
- Attend brainstorm with Sales to ensure the idea can be reflected in campaign strategy.
- Propose the right products and advise on technical feasibility, production and media costs, past campaign performance and client insight in order to create a plan that meets and exceeds the client expectations.
- Provide a 360 degree knowledge of global Hearst products, services and ensure all client requests are met
- Work with syndication managers and production teams to ensure any bespoke costs are included in the plan
- Attend relevant sales meetings to stay close to agency & client spending and pitches to support & help drive targets.
- Provide key updates to team leads, and escalate complex issues or hurdles as needed
- Delivering a holistic & consistent first-class client service, always exceeding all expectations
- Building long-term relationships with sales leads, agencies and clients through regular communication including email, phone and in-person conversations/meetings
- Effectively manages the campaign life cycle through Account Management best practice:
- Liaise with local market digital stakeholders to build an attractive media proposal & check feasibilities of products (where applicable) o Own KPI delivery throughout a campaign by proactively connecting with internal stakeholders (global paid media, technical account management etc) to optimise any campaign deliveries
- Communicate campaign progress to top-spending clients through reporting and updates of custom campaigns
- Work with Paid media team on relevant social amplification strategies & reporting
- Briefs in Project/Syndication Management, Paid Media & EU Technical Account Managers (where applicable) to thoroughly inform sign-off of a campaign, sharing all necessary details to ensure all internal stakeholders are fully aware of deliverables
- Support on all areas digital for both internal and external stakeholders
- Informs finance hub of booked campaign, delivering internal grids in clear way to ensure IOs can be built Post campaign
- Reviews PCAs provided by Paid Media where applicable & enhances & adapts presentation to commercially relevant standards in aim to upsell opportunities
- Produces analysis and insight at end of campaign and present back to sales leads/clients where applicable
- French language skills necessary
