If you have the skills but don't meet every requirement, reach out - we'd love to explore how you could be a great fit!Required Experience:Minimum of 3+ years of direct sales/SaaS experience selling an enterprise-level solution with complex sales cycles.Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) - able to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders.Proven experience selling into the French marketProven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within adtech, martech, or digital marketing.Strong experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.A consultative, solution-oriented sales style with the ability to uncover customer pain points and align solutions.Excellent presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.Self-starter mentality with the drive to build new business in a growth market.Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and modern GTM/sales engagement tools.A collaborative mindset - comfortable working cross-functionally with SDRs, Marketing, Product and Customer Success.Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS environment.Experience in utilising MEDDPICC in the Sales process or similar value-selling methodologiesDesired Experience:Experience in selling Software Solutions within the AdTech, MarTech or Digital Marketing spaceOur Core ValuesAll Adthenians are expected to align closely with our 'Core Values'.
