
Senior Marketing Analyst - CLCM - 18 month FTC

- Have responsibility for the quality and timeliness of CLCM analytics deliverables, ensuring insights are impactful, actionable, and highlight risks and opportunities aligned with the business strategy.
- Work with the Head of CLCM Analytics to conduct and deliver deep-dive analytics projects such as customer segmentation, engagement scoring, churn prediction, and campaign effectiveness,
- Identify opportunities to enhance CLCM strategies and grow customer lifetime value sustainably.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing strategy & Execution teams to design and optimize CLCM strategies based on insights derived from customer data and analytics.
- Partner with CLCM operations & Martech teams to ensure insights and recommendations align with platform capabilities and functionality, driving effective personalisation and automation.
- Guide the design and deployment of CLCM-focused dashboards and reporting frameworks, enabling execution teams to monitor performance metrics such as retention, acquisition, campaign performance and engagement rates.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists to develop predictive and prescriptive models that optimize CLCM campaigns and ensure their integration into the Martech platforms. Monitor and measure the impact of these models.
- Have validated experience in customer analytics, using large amounts of data to provide insights and recommendations.
- Have excellent understanding of promotional, marketing, operations and analytics methodologies.
- Have experience in data visualization ad analytics tools, most specifically SQL, Python, Power Bi and Excel.
- Have experience in presenting highly detailed data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
