More about our mission.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a results-oriented Senior Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team at Wise. Our mission, "Money Without Borders," inspires us to create the best ways to move and manage money globally. You'll work closely with our digital marketing teams to uncover growth opportunities and optimize our customer acquisition strategies across multiple channels.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with digital marketing teams to identify and solve complex commercial problems that drive customer acquisition and growthDesign and analyze A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of marketing initiativesBuild robust analytical frameworks to understand marketing performance across the full customer journey, from awareness to activationDevelop predictive models and segmentation strategies to improve targeting and personalizationCreate comprehensive dashboards and reporting systems that enable data-driven decision making across the organizationConduct deep-dive analyses into customer behavior, channel performance, and market trends to uncover actionable insightsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations and business outcomesChampion a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the marketing organizationOptimize marketing spend efficiency by analyzing unit economics, attribution models, and incrementalityQualificationsMinimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or related analytical roleStrong proficiency in SQL and Python/R for data manipulation and analysisExperience with modern data stack tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)Proven track record of designing and analyzing A/B tests with statistical rigorDeep understanding of marketing unit economics including CAC, LTV, Payback Period, and ROASExperience with digital marketing channels (paid search, paid social, SEO, display, etc.) and their measurement frameworksStrong commercial acumen with the ability to connect analytical insights to business impactExcellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersNatural curiosity and passion for solving ambiguous marketing problems through dataPreferred QualificationsExperience with attribution modeling and marketing mix modelingKnowledge of mobile app analytics and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs)Familiarity with marketing APIs and automation toolsExperience in fintech or high-growth technology companiesUnderstanding of statistical methods and causal inferenceWhat We're Looking ForWe want someone who is genuinely excited about using data to solve marketing challenges.
