- Generating new business through proactive cold calling and lead follow-up
- Building strong client relationships and delivering tailored sales solutions
- Managing your own sales pipeline and working to monthly revenue and KPI targets
- Identifying key decision makers and initiating conversations with potential clients
- Maintaining accurate records and follow-ups in our CRM systems
- Receiving coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance
- Have experience in sales or business development (B2B sales experience is an advantage but not essential)
- Are confident communicators with excellent phone and written communication skills
- Can build and manage client relationships professionally and effectively
- Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Are proactive, organised, and eager to learn and grow
