We're seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Education Support Assistants to join our trusted network of professionals working within specialist schools across Walsall.About the Role:As a SEND Education Support Assistant, you'll work alongside teaching staff to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of learning needs. You'll play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages every child to thrive.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Providing one-to-one or small group support to students with SEND
  • Assisting in delivering personalised learning plans
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional well-being
  • Helping with mobility, personal care, and other physical needs when required
  • Adapting classroom resources to support individual learning styles
  • Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to ensure consistency in care
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience working with children or young people with additional needs
  • A patient, understanding, and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • A genuine interest in supporting pupils with SEND
  • Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training
