- Lead the company’s ISO-certified management system, overseeing internal/external audits and continual improvement.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation, including SOPs, quality manuals, and KPIs.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage non-conformances through root cause analysis and preventive action.
- Liaise with auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Deliver training on ISO standards and mentor internal audit teams.
- Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, Production, and Sales to integrate SHEQ best practices into operations.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or chemical environment managing ISO 9001 systems.
- Familiar with ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001 frameworks.
- Qualified internal or lead auditor (ISO 9001 or similar).
- Skilled in managing documentation and audit processes.
- Effective communicator and coach, able to influence at all levels.
