- Ensuring all administrative financial process are executed in a timely manner to meet Month End deadlines.
- Co-ordinating, directing and resolving queries and issues raised by patients, consultants and vendors effectively and efficiently.
- Contacting patients and insurance companies to obtain the appropriate payment/authorisation prior admission.
- To accurately input all departmental charges on patient accounts and file records appropriately adhering to GDPR legislations
- Performing daily, weekly and monthly checks in order to aid the smooth running of a busy environment.
- Carry out any other duty that reasonably falls within the general nature and level of responsibility of the post.
- 1 year administrative experience
- Track record of successful delivery in a similar role
- Basic financial understanding
- Previous experience in a financial department
- Knowledge of SAP system
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Knowledge of the healthcare market
