- Experience in Excel and Microsoft Access
- Prior experience in an administrative role
- Proficient IT skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Work, PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to analyse numerical data and produce clear reports.

- Update FAMS to close scheduled maintenance work-orders, including the electronic attachment of completed and certified maintenance documentations
- Creating unscheduled maintenance Work-Orders in FAMS and subsequently closing out with electronic attachment of completed and certified maintenance documentations.
- Creating work arising Work-Orders in FAMS.
- Maintaining and update a register of unscheduled faults.
- Monitoring of outstanding work orders.
- Liaise with 3rd party contractors within the Maintenance department to arrange bookings and site visits.
- Prepare requisitions, arrange purchase order numbers and expedite purchase orders, while updating end users on delivery dates.
- Review Q-Pulse asset management tracker for asset availability and calibration dates.
- Develop and distribute maintenance packs in line with maintenance schedule.
- Order repair parts through Harsco stores team and update work arising documents.
- Manage the upkeep of the master maintenance tracking excel document.
- Take meeting minutes and distribute to copy holders, where necessary.
- To take reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and other persons who may be affected by your acts and omissions at work.
- Contribute to the delivery of company occupational health and welfare, safety and environmental improvement plans.
- Only undertake work for which you have been trained and (if required) certified competent.
- To comply with Risk Assessments, method statements and safe systems of work.
- Maintain and utilise all PPE provided by the employer.
- Co-operate with your employer on health, safety and environment.
- Make safe any unsafe conditions where practical and challenge unsafe work practices.
- Inform your line manager, supervisor or health and safety representative of any unsafe occurrences
- Report all, and assist with investigating relevant accidents, incidents and near misses
