  • Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
  • Developing and implementing personalised learning plans for students with SEN
  • Collaborating with colleagues and external agencies to support student progress
  • Maintaining accurate records and assessments of student achievement
  • Communicating regularly with parents and carers to discuss student development
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching KS2
  • Proven experience working with students with special educational needs
  • Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and differentiation
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of SEN education
