The RoleYou'll be responsible for:
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with EHCPs and curriculum frameworks
  • Setting high expectations to inspire and challenge learners
  • Monitoring and reporting on pupil progress
  • Adapting teaching to meet diverse needs and strengths
  • Building strong relationships with families and carers
  • Collaborating with therapists, support staff, and SLT to ensure high-quality provision
  • Contributing to whole-school initiatives and ongoing improvement
About YouWe're looking for someone who:
  • Meets the Teachers' Standards and has KS2 teaching experience (mainstream or SEN)
  • Is enthusiastic about SEN and committed to continuous learning
  • Brings strong classroom management and a nurturing, patient approach
  • Is open to leading on curriculum or behaviour over time
