Weekly Travel Requirement: One day per week to Pennhouse, Mallory Street, NW8 8SXWhat You'll Be Doing
- Managing the Property Services team inboxes, ensuring all queries are handled efficiently.
- Acting as the first point of contact for tenants and stakeholders, resolving enquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Liaising with contractors and Westminster City Council (WCC) repairs to raise and follow up on repair issues.
- Supporting Property Managers by ensuring repairs and maintenance requests are tracked and completed.
- Handling day-to-day enquiries and ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at every touchpoint.
- Experience or strong understanding of the property sector, particularly housing repairs.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
- Willingness to travel to Pennhouse once per week and attend meetings at London Victoria as required.
