- Manage digital forecasting and performance, using analytics and market insights to inform assortment, promotions, and merchandising decisions.
- Champion the customer journey, ensuring our digital platforms deliver a seamless, inspiring, and conversion-focused experience.
- Collaborate with buying, planning, content, and marketing teams to maximise category performance and achieve KPIs.
- Develop your team, promoting a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and high performance.
- Drive innovation by staying ahead of digital retail trends and leveraging new technologies and enhancements to optimise results.
- You will have experience ecommerce or digital retail trading, preferably within the beauty sector.
- You'll have commercial knowledge and experience delivering growth against KPIs.
- You will have expertise in digital analytics (Adobe preferred), forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
- You'll have good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- You will have a people-first leadership style, with experience developing teams.
