- Serve as a primary point of contact for Salesforce administration, configuration, and support.
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
- Perform regular system maintenance including data integrity checks, backups, and updates.
- Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflows.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and custom views for business stakeholders.
- Hands on with the design, development and testing of flows and other automation tools.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
- Performing mass data imports/exports using API or various import tools.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices; recommend improvements.
- Support the delivery of both short- and long-term projects as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) required; Advanced Administrator or other Salesforce certifications a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and data management.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and AppExchange apps.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
- Experience of working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance)
- Knowledge of data import tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard).
